Holiday Fun

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. It was a whirlwind this year! Lots of out-of-town family which was pure joy, especially for Elijah. He had visitors everyday for almost two weeks straight! It was noticeably quiet around here when life went back to normal, well except for the whole new set of toys to play with. We're having some major fun. Lo and behold, Elijah's favorite things are his toy food and pots and pans. He "cooks" all throughout the day. I'll have to get a picture of that up here next time. My favorite Christmas present this year came belatedly...at the start of the new year, Elijah yelled out to me, "I love you, Mama!" for the first time, just clear out of the blue.
