Can you find the little guy in this next one?
It was truly a special experience to celebrate Elijah's first year of life. Birthdays have so much more meaning for us now. Thank you to everyone for helping us celebrate, and of course we missed all our out-of-town family and friends. We know you were here in spirit. Elijah hung in pretty well with all the hooplah. Surprisingly, he didn't care much for his birthday cake, and he became a bit overwhelmed towards the end of the party, but overall he had a great time with all the activity and attention. It's the day after his party and he's been very busy exploring his new toys. Well, here's to next year! What a wonderful year it will be... ~Nasreen

It's hard to believe a whole year has gone by, isn't it? Abby's second birthday is Monday, and it's amazing how much they change in a year, especially these first years. Abby didn't care for her first birthday cake either, but I think things will be different this year. I know I say this a lot, but enjoy the time while Elijah's small and learning all of these new things. I look at Abby and don't know where my little baby went now that I have a toddler. Hope you guys are well. Thanks for the posts. It makes us out-of-towners all feel closer.
